Following the tragic passing of Cromwell local, seventeen-year-old Kelan Stroud, who was killed in a devastating three-vehicle accident in the Cromwell Gorge in March, both Kelan’s family and the Tony Quinn Foundation Road Safety, wish to show their support for local young drivers.

As a result of the funds raised from Kelan’s Give A Little page, anyone living in Cromwell (postcodes 9310, 9384 or 9383) will receive their registration free of charge (normally $149.00) Please use the special code 4KELAN when doing your registration.

To register for Street Smart you will need the following:

- Your full details
- Your parent or guardians details as they will be accompanying you on the day
- Your drivers licence
- Details of the car you will bring on the day, it must have a current registration, WOF and insurance
